Just for fun!

Here are a couple of cards I made this week. The above card used a lovely image sent to me from Stacey. I don't usually do floral cards but I am pleased with the result.I used Papermania paper & ribbon and Prima flowers & jewels to embellish. I coloured the image with Promarkers,I think I am slowly improving with them lol!!!!!

This is the first time I have used this teddy stamp by Sugar Nellie, he was nice to colour in. I kept this one simple with stamped corners and a prima flower and peel off greeting. I hope you all have a nice weekend. We are not doing much which is lovely for a change,hope to get out for a nice walk and do a couple of challenge cards.

PBSC Card

This is the card I made for this weeks PBSC, the theme this week was "frame it". Image coloured with Promarkers & framed with Nesties. I used K&CO paper for the backing and Prima flowers with pearl brads to embellish. I enjoy the PB challenges very much as they are different every week! I hope you are all having a good week so far? The time seems to fly by at the moment. Right its about time I got some shut eye before my night shift! Happy Crafting xxx

Sketch Saturday Card!!!!!

Here is my first card for ages which is also my entry for the fab "Sketch Saturday Challenge". I have made this for my friends baby's Christening next month.

FF image stamped & coloured with Promarkers. Embellished with peeloff,ribbon and die cut flowers.

I hope to make a few more cards this week, but right now I'm off to check up on all the gossip in blog land before I hit the gym!!!!!

PBSC Card

Here is my entry for this weeks PB Saturday challenge which was a "dotty" theme. I used "Vanilla" PB stamp coloured in with my new Promarkers,which I am very impressed with. I used PP paper & ribbon.butterfly,buttons to add some interest. I used pink and brown tones as I didn't get to complete last weeks challenge & I was really looking forward to it!!!!!

Hopefully I will get a bit more time for crafting this week, the Gym and social commitments have kept me too busy this week, still I hope it will be worth it in the end lol!!!!!!

I have enjoyed catching up with your blogs today & look forward to seeing them again soon.

Saturday Sketch Challenge

Here is my entry using this weeks fab sketch over on the Saturday Challenge site. Edwin is water coloured & mounted on to K & Co "Hopscotch" papers again!!!!

Distress ink,greetings,and adhesive dots add the finishing touches!!!!

Hope you like him, I certainly get my moneys worth from Edwin lol!!!!

Hubby treated me to my first set of Promarkers this weekend,so I will be anxiously awaiting the postie this week!!!!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

Here is the card I made for this weeks CCTC which was simply to use something you received or brought over Christmas. I brought myself a couple of FF stamps. I made this card for a special friend who is soon to be 30, she is a shoe fan!!!

Stamp water coloured then image mounted on to K&CO "sparkly sweet" papers. Embellished with ribbon,die cut flowers & jewels and a big 30!!!!!!

Magnolia Challenge Card x

This is my Magnolia challenge card for this week, I really enjoyed using this gorgeous sketch!!!! I am really enjoying doing the challenges now. I used Edwin coloured with my favourite water colour pencils. I then mounted him on to some fab K & Co fab hopscotch papers, and a CB embossed back round. Some buttons and a greeting to finish off!!! I am looking forward to catching up with your blogs later today when Zack is napping !!!! xxx

PB Saturday Challenge

Here is my entry for this weeks PB Saturday challenge,the theme this week was embossing. I made Hubby a Valentines card . I am trying to be more organised and have all important family & friends cards made well ahead of time!!!!! I used the dog from clear stamps set & water colored him with pencils. I then used Nesties circles decorated with black pearl gems. The Embossed backing was made with an inked CB "funky hearts" embossing folder. I then used stamped greeting & black punched hearts to add some detail. Happy Crafting x

Addicted Award!!!

I got given this fab award from Angel today which I really appreciate!!!! I have to list 5 things I am addicted to so here goes:

1. Obviously card making & blogging needs to be top of the list!!!!

2. Cheese, I absolutely adore the stuff,any type,anytime,anywhere !!!!

3. I love Diet Coke as I don't drink tea or coffee very often.

4. Shopping is a favourite pastime of mine, and I'm very good at spending too much money on shoes,clothes,crafting stuff etc...

5. Take-aways, Chinese,pizza,Indian I love them all. Hence I'm on a diet and have recently joined the Gym lol!!!!

Sketch Saturday Challenge card

This is the card I have done using this weeks "Sketch Saturday" sketch. Sizes altered slighty although the layout remains the same. I used PP papers, Sugar Nellie stamp,die cut flowers & black pearl gems(which I am loving)!!!!!!
