First use of Copic pens!!!

Here are the first lot of cards I have done for my St Georges foundation charity card box at the school. This was the first time I have used my new Copics to colour the images. Thanks to good advice from fellow bloggers I watched some demo's on Utube to squat up on the technique's!!!!
I am pretty pleased with the result, I love the vibrancy of the colours. I am just looking forward to some hints & tips from my fellow bloggers!!!!!

Quiet on the card front......

Hello all, I am finally updating my blog! I have not been doing many cards of late as I have been having too much fun scrapbooking!!!!! It's a shame I can't be bothered to photograph my pages & put on my blog, but unfortunatley nothing that doesn't fit in the scanner goes on here lol!!! I made this card for a 6oth B'day & now have a 50th B'day card to go and get on with!!! xxxxxx

Ist Nesties cards

Today I saw some brilliant Nestie's cards on various friends blogs so I felt inspired to have a bash myself. The only problem is now I want the scalloped Nestie circles to expand my range!!!! They will definatley have to wait til next month!!!!

Halloween Kitty for cute card Thursday challenge

I have made a few of these for Zack to give to his little pals for Halloween, healthier than sweets lol!!!!! I used PB stamp "jack o lantern" & CB skulls embossing folder. I used chalks for a dusky effect. I think it looks unfinished so will put a greeting on the bottom, need to have a think!!!!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge card

This is the first time I have entered the PB challenge so I hope it is OK. "Thanks a bunch" theme this week. I used vellum on my card as inspired by my blogging pal Nessy, makes a change as I rarely use it! I also enjoyed using my new circle nestabilities & found that the cuddly buddly circle stamps fit in the smaller circle perfectly!!!! This means no more poorly cut circle greetings, hooray!!!!!!

Tilda & friends ATC challenge & uncle's B'day card

I enjoyed doing the ATC as Ive not done one for ages. Backing paper free from a magazine, Tilda coloured with watercolours & gel pens. Button added to embellish her pinafore. Birthday card proved a bit more challenging, but the inspiration finally struck!!!! PB frog coloured with watercolours, mounted on to CB embossed card, glittery 80 added to the top. Hope you all have a good week. I managed to clean & tidy the craft shed yesterday so looking forward to getting in their & making some more cards this week, time permitting..........
